How long does production and shipping take?
Since every item in our shop is custom-printed just for you, production usually takes 2-4 business days. After that, standard shipping within the US takes about 3-5 business days. International shipping times vary by destination. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships!
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because all of our products are made-to-order specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective in any way, please message us with a photo within 14 days of delivery, and we will happily send you a free replacement or a refund.
How do I know which size to order?
We use high-quality, standard unisex sizing for most of our apparel. To ensure the perfect fit, please check the detailed sizing chart included in the image gallery of every product listing. Tip: Measure your favorite shirt at home and compare it to our chart!
Can I customize a design or request a different programming language?
Absolutely! If you love a design but want it tweaked (for example, changing "React" to "Angular", or modifying a line of code), just send us a message before placing your order. We love custom requests and will do our best to create the perfect item for you.
How should I wash my printed apparel?
To keep the design looking fresh and vibrant, we recommend washing the garment inside out on a cold, gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low or hang dry. Do not iron directly over the printed design and avoid dry cleaning.
Do you offer discounts for bulk office or team orders?
Yes! If you are looking to purchase gifts for your entire dev team, QA department, or office, please send us a message before ordering. We would be happy to set up a custom listing with a bulk discount for you.
Can I cancel my order or change my shipping address?
We start processing orders very quickly to get them to you as fast as possible! If you need to cancel an order or update the shipping address, please message us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been sent to production, we are unfortunately unable to make any changes or cancellations.
