A beautiful product that really works!!!! And excellent customer service...Suzanne was right on top of what i thought was an issue with delivery, but everything worked out great 👍 👍 She had included an extra clip as a bonus...good thing because i am hooked on doing my hair up this way!!!!

Before I cut 5 inches off my hair, it wouldn't work... Since cut( still long) FABULOUS.

I ordered this hoping it would work in my thinner hair. It did! It’s very easy to use.

It just seemed a bit smaller than I expected.( Not big enough FOR VERY long hair in my opinion)... I cut my hair and it works wonders!

The updoit pin, is absolutely fabulous, I'm truly rubbish at doing updo's & hair accessories I've used in the past (apart from when doing a simple ponytail) have loosened or fallen out.... this however is just brilliant. Even though the postage was high (as I love in the UK), it arrived super quick from the USA (about 10 days). Customer service was brilliant, responded very quickly to my questions. I would not hesitate to buy this again.
