2020 Does the COVID effect on our store?
-No. We are located in isolated area near Fairbanks,AK. All my work always has been online ever since. All my items are made only with clean hands, every toy or set of toys are packed in individual plastic safe(food) bag and stocked in containers.All my materials are comes from big whosales companies and ships directly from warehouses, all packed in bulky bags. Before ship my items I spray them with cloth sanitizer. EXACTLY THE SAME PROCESS AS BEFORE COVID-19. Just wanted to let you know! Thank you. Stay safe!

5 out of 5 starsSuch a sweet and very novel keychain, or can be attached to purse, back back of whatever you like. Bought for my granddaughter, who wants to 'steal' my own little calico cat. I shall give her this cutie as a 'substitute'. Arrived very quickly and safely packed.

Yes we do custom orders, but due to personal reasons we paused it or processing time was increased up to 5 weeks.

Can I return my item?
Buyers are eligible to return item if it is in original condition. Buyer will pay shipping costs. Buyer MUST contact within 3DAYS after delivery.Buyer MUST ship within 7DAYS after item was delivered. EXCEPTIONS : custom orders can’t be returned , exchanged , refund.
Replacement
We DO NOT replace items. Handcrafted items are unique and might be fragile without proper care. There is no way to prove how buyer has been using item. We have done tests from our end, handmade items are not for HD use! If you have questions contact as BEFORE your purchase. Thank you for understanding.
