Thread House es un estudio moderno de bordado que se basa en una idea sencilla: bordar debe ser lo suficientemente accesible como para empezar, lo suficientemente interesante como para seguir aprendiendo y lo suficientemente bonito como para convivir con él una vez terminado.
Creamos lienzos para bordar, kits, patrones y recursos educativos diseñados para facilitar la comprensión de esta técnica sin restarle la creatividad que la hace especial.
Muchos proyectos de Thread House están pensados para principiantes, con tamaños manejables, diseños claros y mucho espacio para practicar. Pero que sean para principiantes no significa que sean aburridos. Nuestros diseños están pensados para bordadores de cualquier nivel que busquen un proyecto colorido, fácil de transportar, gratificante y que permita mucha interpretación.
Nos interesa especialmente la parte que se produce entre el diseño y la pieza terminada: elegir las puntadas, experimentar con la textura, aprender una nueva técnica, cambiar un color, añadir un monograma o decidir exactamente cómo quieres que quede algo.
El objetivo no es simplemente llenar un lienzo. Es brindarte las herramientas y la confianza para que lo hagas tuyo.
Inspirada en el arte, el diseño, los viajes y los objetos que realmente deseamos tener en nuestros hogares y en nuestras vidas, Thread House está creando una forma más moderna de abordar un oficio muy antiguo.
Thread House is a modern needlepoint studio built around a simple idea: stitching should feel approachable enough to start, interesting enough to keep learning, and beautiful enough to live with when you’re done.
We create needlepoint canvases, kits, patterns, and educational resources designed to make the craft easier to understand without stripping away the creativity that makes it special.
Many Thread House projects are intentionally beginner-friendly, with manageable sizes, clear designs, and plenty of room to practice. But beginner-friendly does not mean boring. Our designs are made for stitchers at any level who want a project that is colorful, portable, satisfying, and open to interpretation.
We are especially interested in the part that happens between our designing and the finished piece: choosing stitches, experimenting with texture, learning a new technique, changing a color, adding a monogram, or deciding exactly how you want something to look.
The goal is not simply to fill a canvas. It is to give you the tools and confidence to make it your own.
Inspired by art, design, travel, and the objects we actually want in our homes and lives, Thread House is creating a more modern way into a very old craft.
