As soon as I ordered, I sent a message to the seller asking for pictures of the item. Due to an issue with a different gift I had, I needed a last minute replacement. I knew id never get the item in time, so I asked for pics of the item so I could show my brother what was coming for him. Todd was SO responsive, kind and helpful. He got working on the candle veey quickly and got it shipped out. It arrived well packed. The candle is gorgeous and smells so good. I would highly recommend this seller and his products! Will consider his shop in the future for more gifts.
