Why is there a box for personalization?
Because occasionally people will purchase a pattern thinking it’s an actual plushie—despite there being zero shipping costs—and making them type “yes” lessens the likelihood of them making that silly mistake.
How do I download my pattern?
You cannot download patterns from Etsy’s app. Go to an internet browser app—like Internet Explorer or Google Chrome—and go to Etsy’s website. From there go the profile drop down menu and select “purchases”. From there you can access your pattern for download!
Can I sell the finished plushies I made using your pattern?
Absolutely! All I ask is that you give me credit for writing the pattern in your listing description.
I accidentally bought your pattern thinking it was a plushie, why can’t I have a refund?
Because my listings very clearly state in the title and description—and even include a personalization box for you to type “yes” that you understand what you’re buying—that you’re purchasing a PDF. Etsy’s policies also state that I’m within my rights to refuse refunding anyone who mistakenly buys a pattern.
