At this time, Etsy does not have an option to include a photo with your order at the time of purchase. But simply send your desired photo(s) via Etsy Conversations with your invoice number within the message or subject line.

In most cases, if you've supplied all the information required to begin work on your item with your order, then you should expect to see a proof or draft of your customized item within 1-2 business days. Variations may occur, so if you need an item quickly or by a specific date, please message the shop prior to ordering to ensure we can meet your timeline.

While we welcome custom orders, we cannot begin work without an order in place. This helps us preserve the bandwidth of our shop. We are happy to discuss ideas for custom design, but we cannot supply concepts/samples for a made-to-order project on spec.

Due to limitations in Etsy's listing options, some made-to-order items incorrectly feature an "Instant Download" banner over the gallery images. Unfortunately, Etsy does not offer a digital item listing option for custom items without automatically labeling it as an instant download. This can create confusion with our made-to-order digital items. We are in the process of editing our listings as needed to be as clear as possible. In the meantime, please read each listing carefully or message us for clarification. Thank you for your understanding.

Our shop does not provide proofs without an order in place. If you have questions about unique alterations, photos or text, please inquire before ordering, so we can review these together. For photos, if you can't decide which to choose, you may submit up to three (3) photos and we will select the option that works best within the design. For best results, select pictures that match the format of the space in the design, such as vertical photos for portraits-oriented spaces and horizontal photos for landscape-oriented spaces.

After you've supplied the text and images, where applicable, for your order, this information will be placed into the design and you will be supplied a draft of the item or items purchased. This is called a proof. Please review your proof carefully to ensure accuracy of spelling, date(s), time(s), address, numbers, etc. You may request edits or changes to your proof prior to the final output (most listings include ONE round of changes).

Yes, you may choose to print through a third-party printer (please see item listing for potential exclusions or more detail). Each printer may have their own print specifications requiring certain sizing, bleeds, and file types. Please share these specifications at the time of ordering. Alterations after a proof has been supplied may incur an additional fee.

You will receive a ready-to-print, uneditable digital file of your item. Made-to-order item listings include personalization. We do not sell "empty" designs or templates.

Many of our clients have requested printing services to produce their custom items. As such, we have established a referral-partnership with a third-party printer for those who would like to outsource the printing of their item(s), rather than print at home. Please read each item description carefully to determine if the item size is an offered size. Item sizes and dimensions vary in our shop.
