The seller immediately sent me updates and advice for putting the corset on when I purchased the item and despite coming all the way from Ukraine it arrived to me in Canada very quickly. The quality is absolutely fantastic and the seller took so much care to package it well for transport. Would recommend her shop to anyone & would buy this corset in every colour if I could! Care instructions
🐻-Small dirt can be removed with the wet wipe
-Hand wash in warm water (30C, 86 °F) with liquid powder or in the washing machine on delicate wash cycle in special bag
-Wash and wring out carefully, stretching prohibited
-Dry on a towel, straighten all details before drying
-Do not dry on heaters

Lost parcel
🐻If your items didn't arrive within 45 days, contact me and I will log an investigation through рost of Ukraine. Once this is completed, they will contact your country Post and will both conduct an investigation in an attempt to locate your package. If the package is officially recognized lost, 100% refund is guaranteed.
Return policy
🐻You can return your package within 14 days of receipt and we will issue a refund or an exchange as soon as we receive it. We only accept returns on items that are unused, unwashed and unaltered. Please note that shipping fees and tax won't be refunded and custom made items are not returnable. Please pay attention that Buyer pays for the return shipment.
