Top Hat Costume Company began with a passion to create handmade quality costumes. In a world of mass production, finding quality can be a difficult task.

I learned the craft of sewing from my mother, who learned from her mother. My dream is to continue the standards that admire handmade heirloom quality costumes that help you tell your story through your photos and memories, for generations to come. Unfortunately, I cannot give refunds as the costumes are handmade to order, unless of course, it is my error.

Please be sure to measure your child and compare the sizes available. If you are concerned about the fit, you can message me at checkout with your child's measurements. I am happy to customize your costume.


PLEASE NOTE: Without tracking or insurance Canada Post does not take responsibility for lost or damaged packages, as a result, I now only offer to ship with tracking included.

PLEASE CONSIDER A SHIPPING UPGRADE TO XPRESSPOST, IF YOU HAVE A DEADLINE FOR YOUR ORDER, AS I CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LATE PACKAGES ONCE SENT TO CANADA POST.

I accept paypal, credit card and debit.

CANCELLATION:
Due to the costumes being handmade I do not accept cancellations once I start your order. If you do want to cancel please contact me with in 24 hrs of your ordering.

TAX:
There is no tax charged for U.S. or International orders. The tax and duty is collected upon delivery.
Delivery
Costumes are deliver via Canada Post.

If you need your costume in timely fashion, (you have a deadline) I recommend Xpresspost, as I cannot be responsible for orders not delivered by your deadline.

PLEASE NOTE: Without tracking or insurance, Canada Post does not take responsibility for lost packages or damaged packages, as a result of the buyers risk in potentially not recieving their order or damage in the shipping process, I no longer offer standard shipping options. All my shipping will include tracking.

FOR U.S. AND INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
Although it is not typical, customs in any country can delay your package, please consider this when you are ordering with a deadline.
I cannot be responsible for packages delayed by customs.
