Hi Keith, twice you wanted to return the unit and all we asked was you return the unit and we would provide a full refund. Each time you decided to keep the unit siting different reasons on why you wanted to keep it. If I had to guess, you are looking to try to get a free unit by having us refund your money and you still keep the unit. Now you have left a review which you didn't mention anything of what you are describing in the previous two return requests. Best of luck in your endeavors to try and scam other small businesses.

5 out of 5 starsGreat product! Arrived on time with a hand-written “thank you” with may name, demonstrating attention to service delivery. Helpful diagram assisted with use and after review of their video, it was quick learning curve. Once the bike is in place it is SOLID!
