Can I Mix the Colors of a Set?

The easiest ways to do that is just purchase the individual lengths of the colors you want.

The kits aren't actually discounted, they are just there more for easy options and to help give people an idea what they may like.

So in other words ordering 2 x15 and 2x30 separate wouldn't cost any more than ordering a Starter Kit which has the same lengths.

Is Shipping Discreet?

The shipment comes in a plain envelope or box from "DBG".

If you're in Canada or the U.S. there is no customs information on the label. If you're outside those countries, the customs information will just say "cord" on the label for rope or "macrame novelty" for floggers.

How Long Does Delivery Take (USA)?

How Long Does Delivery Take (Canada)?

Orders ship in about 3 business days.

Orders go from our shop in Nova Scotia, Canada to a drop off point for our courier, Chit Chats. Chit Chats then takes it to the closest facility to you and then ships via Canada Post for the remainder of the shipment.

Timing really depends on where you are, keep in mind we are on the East Coast, so generally, the further West you are, the longer it will take. BC orders usually take 2 weeks, for example.

How Long Does Delivery Take (International)?

Delivery depends on several factors, but most notably, where you're shipping to. All orders take about 3 business days to ship.

Orders go from our shop in Nova Scotia, Canada to a drop off point for our courier, Chit Chats. Chit Chats takes the package to Niagara Falls, NY (USA)and then it ships from there.

Orders can vary quite wildly internationally, here's some examples:

UK orders usually seem to be 2-4 weeks
AU orders usually take 3-6 weeks
JP orders take about 3-5 weeks
DE is usually about 3-5 weeks

We've seen some international orders take as long as 2 months, though that's rare.
