1 out of 5 starsOne charm broke the first day my son had it. The second one broke within a couple weeks of having it. The seller did refund me for the first charm but refused to do anything about the second charm because when it broke it was lost. When I messaged the seller about the second charm the response I got was “ I refunded you for one and you left me a bad review”. The first review I left gave the product one star but the customer service five stars. I have changed the review to be one star across the board.

Erin, Please post the whole story next time. The second charm broke 2 days ago. This was outside the scope of my return policy. The picture you provided of the second broken charm was the same one you sent me weeks prior of the first one. Your story was inconsistent and did not even have the broken second charm for evidence. You also claim it was lost. We do not run an insurance policy for lost items either. Sorry about the experience. I did the best i could. Happy Sunday

5 out of 5 starsCouldn't be more perfect. My son wanted croc charms but the others didn't lay flat and I saw these and there were many options, luckily I picked the right two, and he's worn them everyday. And they stay in the shoe.
