♥️ If we do get returns, we do have to recharge shipping + the fee the shipping company charges for returns which is around 12$. We do not offer full refunds when an order is undeliverable - fees will apply.

Frequently asked questions
Shipping
We cannot guarantee delivery dates. If you do need your parcel for a certain date, we do try to accommodate you as best we can. Due to delays in shipping right now, refunds or new parcels will be given 60 days after ship date if item has not arrived yet and 90 days for internationalshipments. Also, if items marked as “delivered” but customer says no delivery, a police report must be filed by the customer and gps coordinates must be given to try to locate parcel. If none are achieved, customer may pay for shipping again for a new parcel and possibly designate a different address if mail theft is suspected in building/house.
Not delivered/Notice Card Left
If item is not picked up from post office, no refunds will be issued.
Custom and personalized orders
All custom and bulk orders are a final sale at purchase. No refunds will be given. All digital files are a final sale. No refunds will be given or cancellations.
Forced Returns/Cancellations
No refunds will be given for forced returns. Please refer to policies before ordering.
Also, no cancellations as stated before ordering. Everything is made in small batches. We do not keep items ready to ship. For this reason, please read policies
before ordering.
If an item is returned to us for whatever said reason, whole original shipping costs will be deducted from said refund. Return shipping is also at the cost of the customer. Shipping is not free for a small business. All costs are in included into the item price as a whole.
Refunds or exchanges will also not be taken on candles due to scent choices.
Items Damaged/ Wrong Item Received?
If your item arrives broken due to shipping, please message me immediately. Please include a photo of the damaged item. Please notify me within one business day.
If it is confirmed damage occurred due to shipping, please mail it to me. I will fix it.
If notice is provided more than three business day after receipt or the damage occurred due to wear and tear, repairs and return shipping costs at purchaser's expense and no new item will be sent out for free after the 3 business days has passed.
Wrong candle Label?
If you receive a candle with a wrong label but the scent is correct, we will remedy the situation with sending out a new label asap
Custom Order Notes
If customization options left in notes at checkout are not clear, and customer does not respond to emails or Etsy messages - design is chosen and finalized by designer. No refund or exchanges are given on customized items.
New Sales
New sales and discounts cannot be applied to past orders.
Wrong Address/Forced Returns
If a parcel is sent back to us without our knowledge, and buyer wants a refund, fee of item being shipped back to us will be deducted from refund + original shipping price. If buyer wants item, fees charged + new shipping will be charged.
If a package is returned to me due to wrong address or package refused, the buyer is responsible for paying for shipment again + cost of the item. The same applies even if, at the time, free shipping was given, the buyer must pay the second time as free shipping only applies on your first package. I will not refund shipping or item cost due to wrong addresses being input into Etsy as I have no control over what the buyers actual address
is.
Custom items are non-refundable as we cannot resell.
Marked as Gift?
At this time, I currently do not offer gift wrapping. Marked as gift simply means that no invoice is included with the order.
Appearance of Colors/Returns
We do substitute sweater/t-shirt brands if we cannot get our regular blanks. We do color match as best as possible.
Due to different settings on phones and computer screens, colours may appear darker or lighter in person. I will not accept returns or exchanges as it is unhygienic. If a return is granted on a custom item, even if free shipping was offered, original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount once the original item is returned in pristine condition (only actual item cost will be refunded) shipping is at the cost of the buyer both ways.
All mugs are dishwasher safe. Top rack should be used and bleach avoided.
Refunds During The Holiday Season
Unfortunately, due to the extreme amount of packages being sent through the mail at Christmas time, please allow up to five weeks for delivery from Canada to US before refunds are issued.
