To ensure satisfaction, proofs are available upon request. If you'd like to receive a proof, please request one in the "Notes to Seller" box. Due to the nature of personalized items, Union Bench Designs is not responsible for any errors discovered after the final proof is approved.
Exchanges and refunds will not be accepted on items when the personalization information was entered incorrectly by the customer.

Wood variations
We use all-natural materials to create a unique look for your custom product. Due to this, there may be imperfections in the wood and slight color differences in the stains used. Your piece will be a true, one of a kind, natural wood product. While we will work with you to meet your specs, we can not guarantee your piece will look exactly the same as another.
