RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

All items are digital downloads - nothing is posted. Etsy does not allow returns to be set on digital listings. Nothing below limits your statutory rights.

Not downloaded and want to cancel? Message me within 14 days of purchase and I will refund you in full.

Faulty, corrupt or not as described? Contact me within 30 days. You are entitled to a remedy, and it is your choice of a replacement file or a full refund where a replacement is not possible or not prompt.

Bought the wrong set by mistake and not downloaded it? Tell me within 48 hours and I will refund it - on top of your rights, not instead of them.

Message me before opening a case. I reply within 2 working days.
