Wrong shipping address
- If wrong shipping address was provided, buyer must contact us immediately before the product is shipped out. Once the item has been shipped out to the incorrect address, we cannot retrieve the item. We are unable to issue refund for such items. Therefore please double check your address details before confirming the order.
- If the product is returned to us by our shipping carrier due to receiver not being available or other reasons, product will be shipped out again once the buyer contacts us and covers the cost of re-shipping.
Lost packages
In the scenario of a lost package, to find out where your package is, please use the tracking number sent to you when we shipped your package. You can also reach out to us if you need the tracking number again.
Once we have surrendered the packages to shipping companies, we have no control over it. If tracking shows that the package was delivered to your mailbox or left outside your door, it is considered deliver. We are unable to refund or reship the product to you.

Unauthorized Returns
We do not issue refunds. If you ship your package back without prior authorization, in most cases it is disposed off by our shipping carrier. If we do however receive your package, there will be additional shipping fees charged to ship the package back to you.
Product damaged in transit
If your order gets damaged in transit, you MUST contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order along with pictures of the damage. We will try our best to assist you and send a replacement.
