For Digital files there is no refund or exchange once the file is processed and emailed. Instant Downloads are instantly downloaded to your device. Template files that require customization will be sent to you accordingly.
Our studio is open Monday - Friday, and edits on the printable invitations/designs will be done within this timeframe.
