Is this a physical product?
No — it's a digital, made-to-order item. After purchase we email you a unique access code and setup link. Nothing ships: you download your own QR code in HD and print or display it however you like.
Q2 — How and when do I receive my order?
We email your access code and setup link to the email on your Etsy order, usually within a few hours (it's made by hand, not an instant download). Follow the link to set up your event.
Can I buy now and use it later?
Yes. Your code never expires before use — your dashboard and the 24-hour film only start once your event begins. Buy now, activate whenever you're ready.
Do my guests need an app or an account?
No. Guests scan your QR code and the camera opens right in their phone's browser. No app, no sign-up — works on any iPhone or Android.
How do guests leave a message?
They scan the QR code and record a short video — a toast, a wish, a memory — up to 60 seconds. There's no limit on the number of guests, and people can record together in one shot.
When do we receive our film?
Once you close collection from your dashboard (or your window ends), all messages are edited into one film with transitions and music — delivered within 24 hours.
What exactly do I get?
One auto-edited keepsake film (HD + a lighter version to share), every individual message to download on its own, and a private link to share with anyone who couldn't be there.
How long do I have access?
You get 90 days to collect, watch and download. For privacy, videos are automatically deleted from our servers after 90 days — so download your favorites to keep them forever.
Is it private and secure?
Yes. Your messages are encrypted, only you control your dashboard, and everything is auto-deleted after 90 days. Nothing is public unless you choose to share your link.
