Vitae Wellness started at my own kitchen table. As a parent of an AuDHD kid and someone who knows what an overwhelmed brain feels like from the inside, I kept running into the same problem: the planners, printables, and "wellness" products out there weren't built for brains like ours.

So I started making my own — planners that don't punish you for how your brain works, printables that actually help, and kids' activities with characters my own children picked out themselves.
