Welcome to Vivid Leaf shop!
Due maternity leave currently I'm not taking new orders for quiet books. I will be back to sewing in October 2018. If you wish to order a quiet book please contact me and I will put you on a waitlist.
In my shop, you will find high-quality quiet books and toys from recycled felted sheets, cotton or other natural materials. My products are made with lots of love and care, in a pet free and non-smoking environment, by my hands. You will find beautiful and fun educational toys for young children who make a perfect unique gift.

Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 7 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
If you are not satisfied with the ordered product I will accept return within 3 days after delivery days. Please contact me before you ask for a refund/return and I'll do my best to find an adequate solution for you. The shipping cost for returning an item is payable by buyer.
Digital products and downloads are not eligible for refund/return.

Payment
I accept payments via Paypal and direct checkout (credit card or direct payment from account).
It is necessary to pay a product within a maximum of 3 business days after placing order. If that is not the case order will be canceled.
If you placed your order and changed your mind please contact me. Cancellations for paid orders will be accepted and 100% refund if they are placed within 24 hours after the time of purchase. Cancelation for digital products can't be accepted. and won't be refunded.

Delivery
All items are shipped through regular Canada Post to keep costs down. If you would like insurance on your items, tracking number or express shipping, please message me and I will adjust the shipping costs accordingly.
I ship internationally to almost all countries. For international purchases please contact me prior purchase so I can check the exact shipping cost for your country and adjust the shipping cost accordingly.
My processing time is usually up to 3-5 business days for finished products after I receive your payment. Items made to order take up to approximately 2- 4 weeks to be made and shipped. If you have special requests or are urgent please contact me before purchase to make sure that I'll be able to process orders ASAP.
Items to be made to order will be made and ready to ship as stated in the item description. If you need it sooner, please contact me prior to ordering to see if I can accommodate your request.
