Why We Started
We built our first tool — the Renovation Cost Estimator — because we couldn't find one that worked the way a real renovation does. Most budget templates are just a list of rows. Ours has a toggle system that lets you switch entire trade packages on and off, so you can model different scenarios in seconds. Want to see what happens if you skip the landscaping? Flip the toggle. Considering adding a deck? Flip it on. Your totals update instantly.
