Please note that, due to the Canada Post Strike, we are using alternative carriers to deliver within Canada and the US. There may be some addresses we are unable to deliver to within Canada as they are not serviced by these carriers. If you'd like your order upgraded to ship via Purolator, UPS, FedEx or DHL, please send us a message and we'll happily provide you with a quote.
Shipments that were already within the Canadian Postal system will be delayed due to this nationwide strike. If your order entered the US prior to November 15th, your delivery should be on-time.
Please note that, we are unable to accommodate rush/expedited production at this time.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on ALL pillow covers within Canada and the US.
All our pillow covers are carefully curated and handcrafted right here in Edmonton with love and attention to detail. Our adoration for diverse cultures can be seen throughout our collections, marrying vintage, hand-dyed, handwoven and hand-blocked textiles with more modern, designer prints and patterns. We hope that the eclectic pieces in our shop sparks inspiration and joy, throughout your decorating journey.
If you are interested in a custom order, please send us a message, we usually have quite a bit more fabric in the shop than what's listed online.
Before purchasing, please review our shop policies and item descriptions carefully. Feel free to reach out if you need additional photos to assist with your decision. Fabric samples are also available for order if you wish to see/feel fabrics in person.
Your pillow covers are all made-to-order and are shipped from Canada within 5-10 days - this really depends on how busy the shop is at the time your order is placed. Transit time can take anywhere from 3-10 business days to be delivered to you, depending on your location. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout for your convenience. If you are in Edmonton, and would like to pickup your order, please reach out so we can make the necessary arrangements.
If you wish to have your order shipped via FedEx, UPS or Purolator, please contact us so we can arrange accordingly.
Fabric samples are available for your convenience, this allows you to see/feel fabrics before committing to an order. Since your covers are made-to-order, all sales are final however, please contact us if there is an issue with your order. Please note that, once an order is handed off to the carrier, we are no longer responsible for it. If your item is delayed or lost, or showing as delivered and you haven't received it, please contact the carrier directly.

Frequently asked questions
What size insert should I use?
For square sizes, we recommend using inserts that are 2" larger than the finished pillow cover size. For example if you order a 20x20 cover, you will want to use a 22x22 insert.
Our lumbar pillow covers are made approximately an inch smaller to ensure that the standard lumbar inserts fit perfectly! Example, a 14x20 cover will fit a 14x20 insert.
How to care for my pillow cover?
Pillow covers can sometimes be an investment and you'd want to ensure that they are cared for properly. Because we use a lot of handwoven, hand-dyed or vintage fabrics, you will want to spot or dry clean your covers only. Do not machine wash.
Can you accommodate a special order?
We run a small shop and only produce covers in small batches, however if you would like to discuss a special request, we'll do our best to assist in any way possible!
How can I expedite shipping?
Shipping upgrades are available at checkout. If you wish to use an alternative carrier such as FedEx, UPS or DHL please contact me and we can arrange accordingly.
