About Wild4Yarn

On Etsy since 2016

Louisa Lidano is the creative mind behind Wild4Yarn.

I rediscovered knitting a number of years ago and it has become a creative outlet for me. When I was introduced to the idea of stitch markers I quickly realized this was an essential tool for all knitters. I soon realized that my jewelry making skills could be put to use again. I began the creative adventure of creating stitch markers. As a result of my constant experimentation of different materials my stitch markers are created in limited quantities with very few design repetitions. Therefore, if you like a set you better snatch them up. Wild4Yarn was created from a recent desire to learn how to spin my own wool and as a result I have discovered another world filled with many endless opportunities to create interesting tools and wools. I spend my time taking care of two teenage boys, a husband, a cat who goes wild for yarn, and as an elementary school teacher.
