How can I clean my reusable face mask?
That is a great question! There are many ways to scrub your mask clean. The easiest way is to place in a pot of water completely submerged and bring the water to a boil. Once it gets boiling set a 10 minute timer. Let the water cool, or a use a fork to get the mask out of the water. It can be hung to dry. You can also wash by hand with a laundry or soap bar and warm water. Get things soapy and scrub all over 30-45 seconds would do. Rinse well and hang to dry. Of course you can throw in your washing machine on warm, best to hang dry to prevent shrinkage!
Remember to clean your mask after every use. Stay safe, stay sparkly!
My parcel did not arrive. What can we do?
All scrunchie parcels are sent without tracking (unless you pay to upgrade). Once the parcel leaves me I cannot tell you where it is or when it will arrive. I can tell you when it was shipped and check what address you have sent the parcel to. If you have accidentally put in the incorrect address, I will work with you to get you a replacement. If you have put in the correct address I can offer to send you a new one or refund the price of the scrunchie. The case will be different for items over $50 as they will be sent with tracking number.
