Meine Arbeit ist zutiefst persönlich und ermöglicht es mir, mich selbst und meine Beziehung zur Natur besser zu definieren. Ich hoffe, meine Stücke können euch Mutter Erde näher bringen und alles erkunden, was sie uns zu bieten hat.
Ich hatte schon immer eine besondere Verbindung zu Vögeln und es war der Wunsch, ihr einzigartiges Leben festzuhalten, um es mit anderen zu teilen, das mich dazu inspirierte, meine erste Kamera in die Hand zu nehmen. Das Objektiv hat eine neue Wertschätzung für die Majestät und Verspieltheit dieser erstaunlichen Kreaturen hinzugefügt. Jedes Bild ist ein Moment, der in der Zeit eingefroren ist und eine echte Beziehung zwischen mir und meinem Motiv widerspiegelt.
Ich bin besonders verzaubert von städtischen Greifvögeln, deren Territorien unter der rücksichtslosen Ausweitung der Entwicklung schrumpfen. Die charmanten Familien von grabenden Eulen, die Sie auf meinen Fotos sehen, sind meine Nachbarn. Ich kämpfe dafür, dass ihre Häuser geschützt bleiben und auf Facebook auf sie aufmerksam gemacht werden, indem ich blogge und die Stadt bitte, sie zu erhalten.
Ich hoffe, jedes Bild, das Sie in meinem Geschäft sehen, öffnet ein Fenster in das Leben dieser großartigen Tiere. Ich bin verloren in den Geschichten, die sie mir erzählen, wenn wir durch meine Linse kommunizieren, und mein Traum ist, dass sie dein Herz berühren, wie sie es bei mir tun.

My work is deeply personal and allows me to better define myself and my relationship with nature. I hope my pieces can bring you closer to Mother Earth and exploring all she has to offer us.
I have always had a special connection with birds and it was the desire to capture their unique lives to share with others that inspired me to pick up my first camera. The lens has added a new appreciation for the majesty and playfulness of these amazing creatures. Each picture is a moment frozen in time reflecting a real relationship between me and my subject.
I am particularly enchanted by urban raptors whose territories are diminishing under the reckless expansion of development. The charming families of burrowing owls you see in my photographs are my neighbors. I fight to keep their homes protected and draw attention to them on Facebook, through blogging, and petitioning the city to preserve them.
I hope each picture you see in my shop opens a window into the lives of these magnificent animals. I am lost in the stories they tell me as we communicate through my lens and my dream is that they touch your heart as they do mine.
