Sweaters! I visit all the thrift stores in my area and buy anything (even the holey ones) made from at least 70% wool.

Can I pick up my mittens in person and save on shipping?
Yes! I am located in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada and you are welcome to come and get your mittens in person. If you would like to pick up your mittens, I will refund the shipping cost to your account.
Can I buy more than one pair of mittens at the same time and save on shipping costs?
Yes! The mailing envelopes I use can hold multiple pairs of mittens. The cost of shipping two or three pairs of mittens in one envelope is only a couple of dollars more than shipping one pair of mittens in the envelope.
If would like to do this, I will refund the shipping overage that you paid to your account.
Can I suggest something to put on mittens?
Yes! I am always looking for new and interesting things to put on mittens. If you have an idea, send me a message and (if the inspiration strikes) your mitten idea might appear in my shop!
Late/Lost Package Refund Policy
Due to uncontrollable COVID related Canada Post and USPS delays, packages will not be considered lost and eligible for refund until 8 weeks has passed since dispatch.
