Most amazing knitted slippers I've ever recieved! The first two pairs I ordered came too small so Yarn Friendly immediately contacted me after seeing my review and sent out two larger pairs free of charge(besides the express shipping because I needed them for Christmas only days away) The best customer service hands down! So thankful for such a wonderful store owner. Can't wait to order more because who wouldn't want these as a gift? Perfect for everyone!

Amazing quality, shipped very quickly! I would definitely order again, the price was very reasonable for something handmade and I'm sure that lots of love went into making them! However I was a little sad about the size, ordered them in a size 10 men's for my hubby for Christmas and they are pretty small, they fit my size 8 women's feet comfortably and fairly snug. But that's alright, I guess I have some really nice new slippers for myself! I would still order from this store again.
All the items in my shop are hand crafted by myself in my smoke free and animal friendly home.
Every hand crafted item turns out unique, so no one else will have an item that is exactly the same! Knitting and crocheting are very relaxing hobbies that I truly enjoy, therefore your item will be crafted with much love and care.

-Buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred due to returned items and reshipping if their address on PayPal/Etsy is incorrect.
-Shipping charges include the packaging and postage cost. Please note that international buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred, as I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Please note that when customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates, and I cannot speed up these things.
Refunds and Exchanges
-Please ask for a return authorization via Etsy conversation before returning any item. I will refund the purchase price, minus the shipping charges.
-All custom made items are a final sale and cannot be refunded, unless an error was made on my part.
-Refunds will only be issued AFTER I have received the returned original order. All returns must be in the original condition (NEW, UNWORN, CLEAN, etc.) and the same or comparable packaging.
-If you are concerned your items got lost in the mail, please contact me and I will handle this on a case-by-case basis. If you are unhappy with any order, PLEASE contact me prior to leaving feedback or returning the item so we can work things out. My goal is a happy customer!
