The Yellow Birdhouse is all about handmade and all about handmade with felt! A variety of accessories and home decor are handcrafted and hand-sewn using beautiful wool-blend felt. Here you’ll find felt flowers, wall art, nursery decor, hair clips, and headbands, all made with bright colours and original designs.

Returns and exchange details
I do not accept refunds or exchanges. However, if you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact me within 5 working days of receiving your package and I will work with you to find a solution.

If your parcel has arrived damaged, and the product is damaged please take a photo immediately upon opening and send it to me.

You may cancel an order within 6 hours of placing it. If it has been longer than 6 hours, please contact me to see if work has begun on your order or if it has dispatched. If not, you may cancel if you wish.

If you customized the colour of your item and had a sudden change of mind on the colour selection, please contact me as quickly as possible to change the colour selection. However I can not guarantee that this will be possible if work has already begun on the order.
Payment
I accept PayPal and Credit Card payments. Payment must be made in full and have cleared before your item can be shipped or before I can begin work on custom items.

Your purchase may be subject to taxes applied by your province or state or country. I have no control over tax charges.

Delivery
All ready to ship items will dispatch 1-3 business days after purchase. Customized items will dispatch 3-5 days after purchase.

Domestic parcels are shipped with Canada Post or Chit Chats Express and can take between 5-10 days to arrive. International parcels are shipped with Chit Chats Express and can take between 10-14 days to arrive to US destinations and 2-4 weeks for overseas destinations.

Lost parcels that have been tracked as 'delivered' or 'attempted delivery' will not be refunded. If your parcel has not been marked delivered within 30 days of purchase please contact me and I will do my best to find a solution.

International customers please keep in mind that you might be charged import duty or customs charges as per your country's laws. I have no control over these charges and they will not be discounted from your purchase. Shipping delays due to customs checks are beyond my control.

The above shipping time frames are my best estimate only. I can not guarantee exactly when an item will reach it's destination. Shipping delays outside of my control do occur from time to time.

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services. (For example: your shipping address is shared with the delivery service I use)

As my shop is located outside the EU, your information travels outside that jurisdiction once a transaction has been made. There are different data protection and government surveillance laws outside the EU. Your information is solely used for the purpose of fulfilling the order placed. Personal data is not shared beyond that purpose. Your data is only stored within Etsy's confines and my delivery service, I do not store or save your personal information on any other platform.
