5 out of 5 starsI am so thrilled with my pillows. I first ordered one as a gift for my sister-in-law after the loss of my brother. I loved the pillow so much that I had to order more for me and my sisters. The quality is awesome and Yo Plus Co was amazing to customize the second order for me. My order was over a week late from the estimate delivery time. I tried to track it down through DHL and the post office and when I didn’t get anywhere, I contacted Yo Plus Co. They said that they would replace the order then 2 days later, my package suddenly shows up. I contacted Yo Plus Co snd told them that they didn’t need to reproduce the order and they indicated that the pillows were already in production snd they would ship them anyways. That is amazing customer service. I will definitely shop Yo Plus Co first for all of my customizable gifts!

5 out of 5 starsThe BEST Etsy shop I have ever purchased from. Immediately acknowledged the order and I received my pillow within days. They were kind enough to send me a discount coupon after my initial purchase, which I was happy to use for another pillow. The circumstances under which I needed the pillow were sad, but this seller was so kind and understanding. They made the sudden loss of my precious dog a tad bit easier knowing I can hug him now whenever I want….I placed some of his ashes inside the pillow. Thank you so much for an incredible experience…I will be a customer for life.
