Hey Jeri :) Oh no! Our first negative review. Unfortunately, sometimes shipments get lost, especially during the holiday season. We're just a small business and use shipping partners, like DHL and USPS. Unfortunately, when issues happen on their end, all we can do is repair it on our end. Yesterday, you received an email confirming that you'll get all your pillows reprinted and reshipped. Sometimes, packages aren't lost and the provider just fails to scan them (this happened to another customer who received reprints). But there's no way to tell. So, in the event your package isn't lost, you'll receive double the amount of pillows. We're so sorry it didn't come when you expected them to. In any case, you'll still receive exactly what you ordered and we hope you love the pillows when you receive them :)

5 out of 5 starsThe pillows I bought are beautiful! The ordering process was easy. I received my order quickly. I am so impressed with how they look I will be ordering some for my friends who have lost a loved one. I highly recommend these pillows!
