Returns may be made within 30 days. If there is a problem with your order that was our fault, we will cover the shipping cost to ship the product back to us. Otherwise the buyer will cover return shipping costs.

No, these glitters are solvent resistant. It's recommended to use a suspension base to prevent the glitter from sinking. However, this does not guarentee against curling, mostly in larger glitters.
