In order to fulfill your Purchase Transaction and comply with Etsy's Seller Policies and Terms of Use, I, Jennifer Schwabe of aMusing Miniatures, have access to limited personal data as it pertains to that purpose.

In contracting a purchase from my shop, Etsy provides me with the following:
Name, Postal Address, Payment Confirmation, eMail address, and Username.

Your Name, Postal Address, and Shipping information is only shared with the Postal Services, which may include Customs, to the extent necessary in order to fulfill my contractual obligation to you for your purchase.

Your Order Payment and the details therein is managed soley by Etsy. Only when payment clearance is confirmed by Etsy does your order show in my shop queue.
No further payment information is provided or accessible to me.
Please refer to Etsy.com or PayPal.com for information on their GDPR policies regarding Payment Processing.

Your email address will Not be Shared, but may be used by me in addition to the Etsy Message system in order to provide the best customer service possible in regards to Order Fulfillment.
I do Not maintain any mailing lists for promotional purposes.

Custom Orders may require additional information and/or files, such as jpegs, to be emailed to me. These may be downloaded and stored on my personal computer to complete the requested customization. This Data is Not Shared nor Used for any other purpose without express consent from you, the Buyer.
This data is stored no longer than necessary to fulfill your custom request.

Your Username on Etsy will link me to your About Page and also any Purchase History with aMusing Miniatures' Shop unless made through Guest Checkout. This information may be referenced by me to improve Customer Service on a current Transaction.

If ever required, the aforementioned accessible Data may be shared with Legal or Tax representatives within their official capacity only.

I Retain and Control no Data privately on my computer except that which I am required to by law for tax reporting purposes.
