Welcome to Appleberry Creations and thank you for stopping by. I'm Pam and my current favorite hobbies are sewing and painting with a bit of card making thrown in. I live near Dayton, Ohio with my husband and multiple pets.

If your package seems lost but the tracking shows it has been delivered, first look near each door and ask neighbors and other members of the household. Your postmaster should be able to give you the GPS coordinates of the delivery. The USPS takes mail fraud very seriously. You may submit a complaint at this link:
https://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/investigations/mailfraud/fraudschemes/mailtheft/ReportMailTheft.aspx. I will need this report to file an insurance claim.

Shipping
Please be sure your address is correct. I ship to the address listed on your account.

I use the US Postal Service for most orders. Shipping fees are listed with each item and are combined for multiple item purchases. The price includes delivery confirmation for domestic orders and a minimal amount for packaging.

First Class domestic mail generally arrives in three to five days.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: I usually ship via First Class International mail. This is the most economical. HOWEVER...it also has the fewest services attached. First Class has a tracking number, but the number is often not scanned after leaving the USA. International First Class Mail can take up to 6 weeks (sometimes longer) to arrive.

Another option is International Priority Mail. It is more expensive, but includes a reliable tracking number and insurance. Packages typically arrive (for most countries) in 6-10 business days (although this estimate is not guaranteed). If you are interested in upgrading to International Priority Mail, please ask me for a quote.

Customs Duty, Excise Duty, and import VAT are the responsibility of the buyer. I am required to declare the actual value of the order on the customs form. I have no way of knowing what the fees may be in your country. These fees must be paid by you once the goods have arrived in your country but before the goods are delivered....In addition, there may be a handling fee to pay to the carrier.

I do not include an invoice with packages to save paper. The invoice is available online if you would like a printed copy.
Privacy
For purposes of EU data protection law, I, Pam Ryan, receive your shipping address and e-mail address from etsy when a transaction is processed. I only use that information to process your order. If you have any questions or concerns, you may contact me via the etsy message system (convos) so that you, me, and etsy will have a record of all communication.
