Finished up a new series of water colored baby animals. A baby giraffe, bunny, lamb, and deer make a lovely nursery grouping. They are also available as separate prints.
These fun woodland masks are now available for instant download in the shop now. Children can color or paint them however the want. These would make a fun activity at a birthday party or super fun at a woodland wedding as well.

About April

I have been sewing since I was a little girl. I have always been delighted by using my hands to create beauty. My mama, who was an excellent seamstress and was often at her sewing machine, taught me to sew. When I became a mom myself I decided to start a custom sewing business as a way to stay home with my little ones. Four babies later, I had sewn everything from bridesmaid dresses to slip covers.

Years later I began drafting my own patterns and developed a working relationship with several sewing magazines and publishers of sewing books. I have contributed to over 80 magazines, 8 books, and even filmed a sewing class with a publishing house.

Through all of those years of work though, I have always been passionate building a small company centered around beautiful handmade goods and imaginative play for children. I began drawing and painting art for children when the idea for my Enchanted dolls was born. I actually painted my first doll, a gypsy princess, and was struck by what a beautiful soft dolly she would make.

I am so fortunate to be able to have my beautiful mom and daughters collaborate in the company and lend their talented hands to the project. We all work in my sewing studio, in my home, making pretty things. Three generations of women creating a world of wonder for children everywhere.
