Original Art, Prints, Home Decor and accessories

I am a self-taught and self-representing artist living in the province of Quebec in Canada.
As long as I can remember, I have a pencil in my hand and a paper in front of me! When I was young I was drawing all the time. I won a drawing contest on a TV show when I was about 7 years old. I knew that I could work as an artist, designer or decorator but I ended up studying to become a hairdresser. That's what I did for a few years. Then I worked as secretary, buyer and others. Meanwhile I was painting for myself and did some artwork for others, I also did paintings and faux-finishes on furniture and I continue to do it. But in 2007 when I discovered that I could sell my paintings and drawings online, I was so enthousiast!! Finally I came back to my first "love": painting and drawing! Since then I have sold more than a thousand paintings and prints. My original artwork and prints are collected from collectors all over the world. I now make jewelries and other items with images of my original art.
I really want to thank all of you who have supported my art since my beginning. What happens to me now is a dream come true! I am committed to continue working hard and give you my best!

Returns and exchange details
All my products available are made to order, specifically for you when you order and I do not carry any inventory. I DO NOT accept returns or exchanges, please buy carefully and ask questions before buying. Sorry, no exceptions, sale is final. If the item you receive is defective, please see below.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
If an item has been damaged in transit or has a significant defect, please contact me within 48 hours of receipt. Please check your item as soon as it arrives.
I will ask you to provide clear pictures of the damage or defect. Upon evaluating the damage, I will gladly send you a replacement or refund depending of the situation and the manufacturer's policies, worked out on a case by case.
PLEASE NOTE: 1) Color variations from the listing pictures and the actual item is always possible. 2) All products sizes are approximative and may slightly vary due to manufacturing process and tolerance. These situations are not considered "defective item".

LOST PACKAGES:
Packages, delivered to incorrect/ incomplete and/or old address, will not be refunded or reordered. It is a buyer's responsibility to verify and provide the correct address during the check out.

CANCELLATIONS: If you want to cancel an order, I can do it only 4 hours or less after the time of your order. Once the item is in the making process at my manufacturer's facility, I cannot cancel or refund your order. Sorry, no exceptions will be made for items made to order already in production.

I accept Paypal and Direct check-out with credit card or Debit.
CANADIAN BUYERS ONLY: TAXES FOR YOUR PROVINCE WILL BE ADDED TO THE TOTAL OF YOUR PURCHASE.
Delivery
I either ship your order myself (Canada) or I use different Professional manufacturers in Canada, USA and Hong-Kong. Please read the "ship from" info of the item purchased to know exactly when to expect your order to arrive.

All my products are made to order before shipping, production time vary from an item to another, this production time is indicated in each listing.

IF THE ITEM IS SHIPPED FROM CANADA:
Shipping to Canada: 2 to 10 business days depending of the province.
Shipping to USA and International: 5 to 15 business days, with a few exceptions due to occasional customs delays, specially in Holiday period.

IF THE ITEM IS SHIPPED FROM MY MANUFACTURER IN HONG-KONG (cosmetic bags):
Shipping time all countries: 10 to 20 business days.
For USA, it usually arrives within 15 business days for most deliveries.
In some countries, it may take longer time than 4 weeks to arrive due to strict customs policies.
HOLIDAY PERIOD: Ordering before Nov.25 is highly recommended. I do not have control on postal service and customs, thank you for your understanding.

IF THE ITEM IS SHIPPED FROM MY MANUFACTURER IN USA:
Shipping to USA: 6 to 12 business days.
Shipping to Canada and international: 10 to 20 business days.

MILITARY SHIPPING ADDRESS: Please contact me prior ordering if your shipping address is a military address (APO).

Production time is not included in these shipping time frames so please keep in mind that it will take a few business days before shipping, depending on the item.

Business days do not include week-ends and Holiday closures. Business days are Monday to Friday.

***The buyer is responsible for any additional customs fees that you may have to pay to receive your package in your country. Please verify with your local customs prior to make a purchase if you want to know these customs fees associated with your purchase.***

THE ARTIST RETAINS ALL THE REPRODUCTIONS RIGHTS ON ALL PRODUCTS AND IMAGES OF HER ARTWORK. When purchasing an item, the copyright of the image is not transferred to you. Please keep in mind that the colors of any item shown in my store may slightly vary from the physical item due to your computer monitor settings.
