If you are, for any reason, unhappy with your purchase from ARTomology, please let me know and I will be more than happy to make it right via refund or replacement.

We are not responsible for errors on the part of the buyer, such as errors in the shipping address provided.
Payment is to be made at the time of purchase. If your payment isn't received within 3 days of placing your order, I will have to cancel your order. :(
Your order will ship within 5 business days from the date of purchase/payment.
My artwork is created to order just for you and if there is an unexpected delay, I will contact you immediately.
I send with Registered Post in Australia so I have a tracking number. Australia Post no longer leave an attempted delivery notice, so your parcel will be held at the Post Office.
For international orders, please leave extra time for the delivery which can take as long as 2 weeks, depending on where you are.
As you would expect, Customs fees, duties etc, are your responsibility.
