Order was shipped with in 7-10 business timeframe, but was delayed by the post office due to the holidays. I fully refunded the buyer and let buyer know they could keep short and apologized for the delay.

4 out of 5 starsQuality of item was GREAT. The turn around time for a Custom item from order to arrival was less than 4 weeks.. AMAZING. the only thing was the post said the item would be in the exact colours shown unless otherwise requested. I ordered a Squartle shirt, picture shows name in dark blue, when I received the item it was in a greenish colour. Which isn't a big deal to me and matches the character. But if you want a specific colour I would suggest adding it onto the comments regardless.
