It is VERY cute and exactly what I was looking for

The Firefighter birdhouse looks great! The red paint on top of the hat was coming off so I repainted the hat. That wasn't a big deal. I didn't know that this birdhouse had to be hung on a tree or post. I purchased this for a friend to hang from a chain. There is no way to attach a chain to hang the birdhouse because the hat isn't actually attached. The hat just sits on the top. There is a small hanger on the back. Also, on both of the sides it is designed so there are huge gaps where rain can enter. This will likely rot the wood quickly from rain running into the house and sitting there because there is no way for it to drain out. I hope that my friend will be able to figure out a way to hang this because there aren't any trees in their yard. I think it is very cute but for the price and the price of shipping I expected more.

Bought for my mother for Christmas, she’s a huge Jays fan. Excited to see her expression on the big day! Look well made, colors are vivid and looks like it will hold up to our harsh Canadian winters.

If I could give customer service a 10, I would! I accidentally received the wrong bird house and Jim was so quick to respond and make it right. I received the correct house and he made returning the wrong one easy. The birdhouse is beautiful and he does great work!
