I accept bank transfer only if you are in Thailand. Please contact me for arrangement.
Please also note that import tax or extra charge for custom is buyer's responsibility.

However, if you have any difficulty downloading the file, just contact me. I can email the files to you directly.

For beading kit and finished jewelry, the package will be shipped after payment is received. All package will be shipped with Registered Air Mail. If you want to upgrade to Express, please contact me for detail before you place order. Thailand Post just increased the cost of Express Shipping lately and it became very expensive.
Estimate delivery time is around 10 - 20 days worldwide. It may be longer in December or during special occasion. The delay can also be caused by your country's custom office.
Important, if your Etsy address and PayPal address are different, please let me know where you want me to ship! Otherwise, I'll ship to your Etsy address.
About the tracking code. I will update the code to paypal shipping status and paypal will email the update shipping status to you which will include the tracking code. The code can be tracked at two places: from Thailand post website and your country postal service website. However, it is to be best checked at your country post website. Because at Thailand post website, it provided only the flight no., Date and destination exchange office. The link is here.
