Jewellery is made-to-order, specifically for you. During the summer my turn-around time is 2-5 business days from the date of your purchase (or once I have all information I need to complete your order)....to the date of shipment PLUS transit time. Incorrect addresses will delay processing time - please make sure yours is accurate and up-to-date!
Canadian orders ship FREE via Canada Post oversized lettermail - NO tracking. If you would like a quote on Xpresspost please get in touch prior to purchasing! US orders ship via USPS with tracking; International orders ship via USPS/Asendia. I use a courier to take US and International orders across the Canadian border for me so once it is marked "shipped" add 2-4 business days before you see tracking.
I always ship to your Etsy address so if you'd like me to send it to your summer home in Florence or penthouse on Fifth Avenue, please let me know. Incorrect addresses will cause a delay - please make sure yours is accurate and up-to-date! Once shipped, transit times can vary greatly due to weather, borders or the holiday season.

4 out of 5 starsItem quality is very good, well constructed. Great size, any bigger and it could begin to loose the whole design ingenuity, just a thought. I like the loose closure ring idea, but it has slipped open on me already and I could have lost the earring. I’m now gently bending out the the top wire slightly for more tension and the tip up slightly for a more secure catch. I’ve lost one of too many pairs in the past! Love these earrings!

Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Your item must be unworn and in its original packaging. Please contact us before returning your item for authorization. A full refund is not guaranteed if return is made without authorization.
If your item was shipped for free, original shipping costs will be deducted from each refund to cover the amount we originally paid to ship the package. Returns of certain items will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
