Dapper Chaps ha iniziato quando stavo aiutando la mia ragazza (ora moglie) con i suoi gioielli vintage alle fiere vintage in tutto il Regno Unito. Avevo un interesse per l'abbigliamento da uomo vintage e ho trovato una sfida trovarne uno tra i binari degli abiti da donna vintage che erano abbondanti.
Una volta finalmente trovato il mio abbigliamento Vintage (e ne sto ancora cercando altri) ho capito che dovevo abbinarlo ad alcuni accessori da uomo! Ancora una volta ho trovato questo difficile se non impossibile da trovare alle mie fiere locali e mentre guardavo molti tipi azzimati guardare con desiderio gli orologi da tasca in offerta.
Sono ispirato prendendo la qualità e l'aspetto degli accessori da uomo vintage dal 1900 agli anni '70 e progettando a mano e realizzando pezzi unici che hanno uno stile vintage unico che ogni uomo può indossare (e permettersi!).
Sono più che felice di realizzare disegni personali personalizzati per matrimoni e regali, sentiti libero di inviarmi un messaggio con le tue idee.
Avendo raggiunto la mia 3000esima vendita, sono molto grato a tutti i tizi eleganti che hanno ordinato un orologio da tasca, un paio di gemelli o altri accessori dal mio negozio. Dapper Chaps started when I was helping my girlfriend (now wife) with her vintage jewellery at Vintage Fairs across the UK. I had an interest in Vintage menswear and found it a challenge to find any in amongst the rails of vintage women’s dresses that were abundant.
Once I had eventually found my Vintage attire (and am still searching for more) I realised I had to combine it with some men’s accessories! Once again I found this hard if not impossible to come by at my local fairs and as I watched many a dapper chap looking longingly at the pocket watches on offer.
I am inspired by taking the quality and look of Vintage Men’s accessories from 1900’s to 1970’s and hand designing and making one off pieces that have a unique vintage style any man can wear (and afford!).
