5 out of 5 starsKirk was extremely responsive and caring about my unique situation. I had ordered flasks for my brother's from what I thought was a reputable site, weddings1st.com. It was the opposite, a terrible experience with no communication for months. Kirk made me flasks twice and got them shipped from Canada in less than a week to replace the ones that had come from China way late. Highly recommend!!

Returns and exchange details
If there are any damages, or defects in the product that you are not happy with we will happily create you a new one and ship it out to you within 10 days of receiving the product. No need to send it back to us, just send us a photo of the defect and a description of what you're unhappy with and we will do our best to fix it and send another one out free of charge.
Payment
Please make sure to verify details such as dates, names, spelling and other elements of the design. We do our best to check as well. Once engraving is complete, we cannot accept any other changes or cancelations.
Please remember to check your Etsy conversations as we may have questions and verifications for you depending on the product you've purchased.

Delivery
We ship internationally. Buyer is responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or other charges.
Once shipped, your parcel should be received within 4-7 business days for USA, typically 2-6 days within Canada and up to 4 weeks for international. Sometimes parcels arrive sooner or later depending on the season. For instance, the mail is much slower around Christmas time.
Please note that we cannot guarantee shipping dates. Once items are sent, we have no control over the how long it takes to arrive. Typically, shipping is pretty accurate on the amount of days estimated for delivery

Frequently asked questions
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes we accept custom orders. We love to incorporate your ideas and designs into something special. For simple designs this can often be incorporated into the price. For more advanced designs, we charge a fee. If you're unsure, just ask us.
Do you send proofs?
We do not send proofs for non custom designs. If we are just replacing your information into an existing design, your information will be substituted into the design. If you request a completely custom design, then we will send a proof before engraving.
How do I add my customization information?
To customize your item, please add the respective details on the checkout page. There will be a text box that says "Add a note to DarkhorseGifts".
