What is this store's return and exchange policy?

Final sale. No Refunds or Exchanges.

For packages that are damaged upon arrival, please contact me here or through my email: candy.zhong621@hotmail.com with photos/proof of the items damaged INSIDE the envelope! After evaluating the evidence I will most likely offer an attempt to resend your order only one (1) more time.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

I sure do! I ship internationally~ Sorry for expensive shipping fees though ;__;

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 5 to 15 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 3 and 12 weeks. Please note that at this time, online orders are at an all-time high and covid-19 delays may still be happening. Please give more time for your item to arrive. If you are worried about your package getting lost, I HIGHLY recommend that you check out with TRACKED shipping.

For customs and import taxes that may apply-- I'm not responsible for delays due to customs, sorry ;__;

Pin Grading System

Hard Enamel pins are handmade, so even for standard grade pins are only almost perfect. Here is how they are graded:

Standard / A-Grade:
✧ Very little to no flaws (most likely won't notice anything from far)
✧ Might have tiny dust specs, slightly lower/over-filled enamel, small scratches

B-Grade:
✧ Slightly more visible flaws
✧ More dust particles trapped inside the enamel, metal discoloration, lower filled enamel, scratches, dents

When purchasing my pins you agree that the pins may/will have these flaws-- I will not be issuing any refunds or replace your order because of these defects. Thanks you understanding~

Lost Packages (Untracked package)

Contact me through here or my email at candy.zhong621@hotmail.com. There will be no refunds, however I will make an attempt to ship the items to you again only one (1) more time ONLY IF the items are returned to me due to a failed delivery! If you are worried it will be lost a second time, I highly suggest you pay for tracked shipping, otherwise there is nothing I can do if the package does not arrive after the second attempt. Thank you for understanding.

As a reminder, when you place an order and CHOOSE untracked shipping, you ACKNOWLEDGE and AGREE that the tracked shipping option has been offered to you, during a time where COVID-19 delays are present and holiday season is approaching. You understand that a risk comes with the untracked.

Lost Packages (Tracked packages)

I ask that you attempt to call your local postal office and ask about your tracking number. As soon as your package arrives at your post office, I am released from the responsibility of your package. I've completed my responsibility of packaging your order as safely as possible, generating the shipping label, and dropping it off to my postal office. By the time it reaches your post office unfortunately it is out of my control if it becomes lost beyond that point. I will not be offering refunds. Thank you for understanding!
