DecalsNDecor- known to some as a vinyl extraordinaire... others... a vinyl Ninja

It all started in Fall of 2005-
My folks went to a gun trade show & saw this guy making his own vinyl decals.. sparking an idea in mom & dad that in turn, has carried me for many years as a part-time fun time thing to do.
They bought the machine & a few rolls of vinyl.. pointed to it & told me, "Here, learn how to use it." No training, No one to walk me through it, no design classes... nothing.
I was on my own to learn the program & the machine, to make the wording or designs on the computer for it to translate it to the vinyl cutter. I was up for the challenge and still today, I enjoy creating & crafting all that I do with vinyl.

So 11 years later,(2016) I look back at my first few jobs... & see how primitive the projects were, but they were great projects. I have grown along side my vinyl business & I enjoy helping people with their projects of painting, staining, sandblasting & etching using vinyl as a tool.
I enjoy the challenge -no job has been too big or too small.

People say that it's hard to find a job that you enjoy.. I am blessed to have 2. I have my full time regular day job & I have my part-time job of vinyl.

My mom was my best friend, best supporter & big helper with the vinyl projects. Since her passing before Christmas, my spare time will be split with our family business & vinyl, so I apologize now, but it will take me a little longer to complete jobs. This was a new challenge for 2015 to juggle.

Here at decalsNdecor, I strive in making quality products with adhesive backed vinyl material. All the vinyl I use for decal, & decal/stencils I have personally tried & tested. When I get a new material in, I do a test in the quality of the material. Upon request, I have detailed directions on how I do etching. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.

Most items are discussed prior to ordering & I will have sent you a screen shot or picture of a sample with the sizing breakdown
Shipping
Most of my items ship via U.S.P.S. priority mail flat rate to give you a tracking number & 2-3 days mail delivery service once I've completed & dropped off at the post office. Depending on size, sometimes items will ship tube mailer.
Refunds and Exchanges
Claims for merchandise damaged in shipping must be made within 5 days of receiving the items.
No returns on used items.
Most items are custom & personalized, therefore are non-refundable.
Customer is responsible for the shipping costs of any returned items.
for large quantity orders, a sample item is recommended & I will mail it to you via regular mail.
When you receive sample, please use it, try it on your item. If you have questions, please ask.
I check messages frequently & will respond to all emails.
On large quantity orders I do send extras for just in case you may need them for your event. If you need a few more, just ask & we can discuss.

If there is an issue, please message me & we'll work something out. I'm not perfect, nor claim to be, but I do try to explain the details of your item.

I understand we are communicating via email & sometimes it's hard to describe what we want to do via words. There are NO DUMB Questions. I am proud to help you with your projects & I am excited to be a small part of your creation.

I send pictures/screen shots & size dimensions before creating your listing, so if you're ordering from a current reserved listing, I will email you to make sure on the sizing/details prior to completing your order. I thank you for ordering but please understand if you order from anothers' listing, I will be emailing you to make sure on the details & your order will not be shipped till I hear back from you. I want to make sure you are aware of what the listing is for & the size & details of it. I will send a screen shot as well & give you the breakdown.

If you need to cancel an order, please email ASAP - I usually start cutting & prepping your order as soon as I get the order & review back through our messages. If I have any questions I will put the order on hold & will wait for your response. If you do not respond in 2-3 days, I will extend the ship date till I hear back from you. If I do not hear from you past this extended ship date, the order will be cancelled.
