The Beginning of ElevATEd Ware
My Mom gave me her wedding set a few years ago. My family didn't want it and I didn't want to sell it as it held sentimental value to me. Like a lot of people, I put it away never to be used again! One day I was browsing a local art shop and came across some hand stamped keychains. That's when the lightbulb went off! I thought I could do that. So I purchased my first (inexpensive set) of metal stamps and started stamping away on Mom's set. I made sooooo many mistakes but learned a lot in the process. After a bazillion attempts, I decided to put one that looked half decent up on a local 'buy, sell, trade' site. It sold...and they kept selling. So here I am opening an Etsy shop. Part of the pleasure is sourching out wonderful pieces, listening to people's stories on the history of the sets. I get to share in that process, create a new memory and pass it on to you. I try as much to be original with my sayings and sentiments, unless indicated. I'm super appreciative and grateful every time I stamp and provide you with something lasting and memorable. Thank YOU.
