    Fantasy Art - Inspired By Many Worlds; Fictional & the Historic

    From fairy-tales to fantasy books, my earliest exposure to art was through these sources. My name is Shaima and I work as a freelance artist creating fantasy inspired drawings, paintings, and illustrations. As a traditional artist I love to experiment with various mediums, but I would have to say colour-pencils, watercolours, and acrylics are some of my favourites.

    I opened this shop in order for people to share in my love for fantasy art and get access to some original pieces for their personal collections. Throughout these years this shop has gone from more than just selling artwork and prints; I found myself developing additional skills in wire-work and expanding my interest in the fantasy genre to jewellery as well. It was always a challenge to find jewellery that I would see in fantasy movies, whether it was eleven, medieval or nordic. So I was proud to finally be able to share some of my own creations with my followers in hopes that they would be able to wear them for fairs, cosplay, or even wear them on the daily.

    Returns and exchanges
    There are no refunds on items, all sales are final. I provide insurance for more expensive items such as original paintings, but am not responsible for any theft, damage, or loss in the mail that may occur during the shipping process.

    I take the time to make sure that all photographs provided for items on sale are as colour correct and accurate as possible, so customers are satisfied when they receive their purchase. That being said, I consider unsatisfactory orders on a case-by-case basis, within 24hrs of the buyer contacting me about any problems/issues. Should item(s) be returned, they must arrive in their original condition before any payment is refunded.
    Payment
    I accept payments via PayPal/Credit Card and other options made available from the Etsy checkout.

    Payment must be received within 7 days before transaction is cancelled (unless discussed otherwise by both parties).

    After payment is received I do my best to carefully pack and ship out items as soon as possible. Items are shipped off usually at the end of the week Thurs./Fri.
    Shipping
    I ship most items via Canada Post (unless indicated otherwise), and make sure that all items (especially artwork) are securely placed and protected in the package to avoid any damage during shipping.

    All Duties/Taxes on items (if any) are the responsibility of the customer. Please refer to websites and other resources available to you to determine what Duties and/or Taxes apply in your country/state/province.

    Address Issues/Re-Shipments:

    As there are many orders, I am unable to confirm individually if the address provided by the customer is correct. I depend on Etsy & Paypal to confirm this. Once the payment is received, l ship to whatever address that is provided. As soon as you place your order, make sure to give a quick check on the address you have provided. If not contact me asap, and we can get it sorted out. If the address given was incorrect and the package comes back to me as failed delivery, I will be happy to send it out again. However, please note that you will be responsible for the delivery cost to send it out again.
