🐢Slowly but surely, I started my journey of self-discovery. It began with a workshop that opened my eyes to the power of acknowledging and addressing my emotions. 🥹Releasing my pent-up anger made me feel alive again.

💪With each step, I learned more about myself, managing my feelings and embracing healthy risks. After a decade in marketing, I realized my true calling was emotional health. That's why I became a Certified Emotional Intelligence Coach and started this Etsy shop.
