I Create Resources to Help You Nurture Your Emotional Health

I started my business to teach people like you how to work through tough emotions, so you can reconnect to your inner peace and innate wisdom. It all began from a vulnerable experience I had as a teenager.

Growing up, I never paid attention to my emotions or had any awareness of them really. I bottled them up and went on with my life.

But when I was 17, my dad was charged with committing a white collar crime and went to prison. He was my best friend and rock, so my world came tumbling down.

I wasn't equipped to deal with all the stress and emotions that came with it, so I had a mental breakdown. Getting out of bed was hard. Seeing any reason to live was difficult. I was deeply depressed and didn't know what to do. I knew I wanted to feel better, but I had no idea how to.

I saw a doctor who gave me medication that helped me get my head above water. Then I went on the hunt for anything that would help me feel better.

When my friend told me about a weekend workshop for self awareness, I was excited to see what I could learn. That weekend forever changed my life.

It was the first time I had ever acknowledged my emotions, and I learned to address my anger. Anger I had been storing for years. Releasing just a bit of it made me feel alive again. I felt connected to myself and hopeful for the first time.

I continued to learn more about myself and how to manage my feelings. The more I did, the more of myself I became. I began taking healthy risks, following my heart and seeing the world.

After working 10 years in marketing, I decided in 2019 that it was time to work on my passion: emotional health. So I started the business you see now because I want to help others experience the healing transformation that I had of discovering how valuable your emotions are. How they show you who you are and what you want. How they give you gems of inner wisdom you can't get anywhere else.

Understanding your feelings and embracing them as a beautiful part of yourself will change your life.
