5 out of 5 starsCustomer service was amazing. I had technical difficulties trying to download (total user error) from the initial link. I reached out and requested they send it via email, which happened within 24 hrs, and everything opened perfectly. I only gave 4 for product because the directions were not as layman as I hoped. The pictures are fabulous. Measurements are precise but in milimeters which is important with this type of precision work but not a measurement i work with much. I don't know why it didn't occur to me, but it would have been very helpful to have something in the description stating a wood lathe is required. Especially since I do not have one. I know some woodworkers and hope to get someone to craft this for me since I am lacking the tools to make it myself. Thank you so much for all your help.
