If a sock monkey loses an ear, tail or arm I will gladly fix it at no cost. I ask that you pay for shipping and handling but I will do repairs for free. If it is local, I will meet you so there is no shipping cost.
If a crochet item comes apart for due to a manufacturing reason I will assess the damage the best I can through photos and fix it. If the item comes apart in a spot due to wear and tear, I will also asses the damage and arrange for a low-cost repair.
Custom orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless in the case of workmanship issues on my part. I purchase all the necessary materials for a custom item and will incur a loss of profit if I have to purchase more supplies for an exchange. Thank you for understanding.

For payment I welcome PayPal payments and direct checkout with credit and debit cards.
Local orders which are picked up/delivered can be paid with cash or check as well. Please note all Bank Fees for returned checks are the purchaser's responsibility.

I plan to use the postal service for most shipping and I do offer batch shipping if you'd like more than one item. I do not profit from shipping.
I will ship internationally. If you request registered international mail, shipping cost is usually around $20. Please arrange beforehand by sending me a message.

If you ever see an item that says "1 in stock" and it is sold or in process, I can make another similar or almost identical or I can change the existing one to make it your own.
