Hello, welcome to my store! This shop is a one woman operation, Me, (with occasional help from my young & eager children). I love working with yarn and making new things for folks! I have been knitting and crocheting for over 20 years and each of the children started around the age of 3. I am truly excited about each item offered here in this shop! This shop specializes in Hand-made, ready to use or gift items, and custom orders. Most of our items are also machine washable. I personally search high & low to find fun, useful, or unique items to make and offer. Many of our patterns are from “yesteryear”. I am an artist and designer myself, and love working with a variety of colors and textures of yarns. I aim to please my customers, so if there is ever a problem, I am happy to assist!

Returns and exchanges
Refunds and Exchanges First and foremost- we want our customers to be 100% happy! As each item is hand-made we try to describe our pictured products with accuracy. If you receive something and it was not the item you ordered, (packaging error), we are happy to offer returns and exchanges. These guidelines MUST be followed to receive returns or exchanges.

You must contact me within 3 days of receiving your purchase. Please send a convo with the following:
Etsy Order number
Date of purchase
List of item(s) you wish to return/exchange including both what was ordered and what was received.
Name and e-mail on PayPal account that purchase was paid for

AFTER contacting me with this info, please mail item(s) back in protective packaging (we encourage re-using the packaging it was sent in!) with a note with the above information in it. Please ship items within 3 days of contacting me.

Please note, items to be returned or exchanged must be sent back in original condition, with the original number of items. Ex. you purchase 2 hair ties, but receive 3 of something else, all shipped items must be returned.

Shipping costs are not refunded and are the buyers responsibility.

Although I am not responsible for damage during transit,, please notify me if this happens, and I will work with this in a case by case basis. I suggest purchasing insurance on large orders.
Payment must be made immediately upon checkout, if there is a problem or you need more time, please convo me on etsy to let me know, and I will be glad to work with you if time request are reasonable.
I accept payments through PayPal, this includes E-checks (direct transfer from your bank account through PayPal), Credit Card, and PayPal payments.
In some cases (convo me) I will also accept a Check, or Bank Money Order *Note that this form of payment will delay the shipping of your items until the payment clears my bank*

Non-payers that do not communicate with me about the transaction within 3 days will have their sale canceled and left negative feedback, it is important to pay immediately or convo me to request additional time to pay.
I happily ship all over the world!

First thing is first- PLEASE make sure your etsy address and paypal address are the same! If they are not, I will automatically ship to your etsy address. Please make sure your address is accurate! I am not responsible if address given was the wrong one!

I ship using USPS Flat Rate, or First Class mail and First Class International mail through the USPS. I always have a USPS tracking number on all USA shipments. This generally takes 2-5 days for US residents, and 5-15 days for international residents. Sometimes it may take longer, especially for international customers if customs holds packages.

Packages over 13 ounces are shipped using Priority mail.

If you would like your items shipped a different/quicker method, convo me for details.
Shipping cost's are posted in each listing. Additional items purchased (after the 1st item) will have a discounted shipping cost, so you can save money on shipping if you purchase several items at once.

Shipping prices are set prices and are generally very good estimates of what it costs to ship my items, this includes a packaging fee. The exception is sometimes international orders are overcharged or undercharged, as it is hard to estimate how much it costs to ship to every country, some cost way more, some cost way less. In this event, I take responsibility for undercharges, and if you are grossly overcharged, in most cases I will refund the extra.

I am not responsible for damages that occur during transit, or missing packages. I keep proof of shipping and Tracking numbers for all packages, and securely package all items. If you would like, you could request to purchase insurance, for your package, which I suggest especially for larger orders. If you do have a problem with your package upon arrival, please notify me as soon as possible.

International customers, please be aware of your countries taxes and duties, I am not responsible for these charges. Please do not request to mark package as "gift" or a lower value than what it was sold as- this is illegal to do.

With all that said- I ship daily Mon-Sat. Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days of payment clearing. Orders are shipped in the order they are received. If you need an item shipped immediately, convo me about it, because I read messages twice daily.

If you need your items shipped ASAP or with a quicker method- please convo me! I will be happy to make an extra trip for those that have an event emergency, so long as time allows!

I am human, and if I am sick, or an emergency comes up, there may be a slight shipping delay. I will post in my shop announcements if that is the case. If your package is delayed for any reason, I will be sure to notify you.

I generally convo every customer and give you the USPS tracking number when your package has shipped.
Additional policies and FAQs
Feedback: I leave feedback for all buyers! Sometimes it does not get left right away, especially when the shop is busy, it may take up to 2 weeks. If you wish to not receive feedback for privacy reasons, please let me know in message to buyer, and a reminder in a convo so I can take note to keep it posted not to leave feedback.

Custom orders: I will be glad to make a custom item for you if you need colors other than those currently in the shop. Please pay for custom listings in as soon as we confirm the order with each other. If you need longer to pay, let me know first so I can work on other projects!

I use a lot of packaging, mainly bubble wrap envelopes to insure your items arrive safely. I would like to encourage my customers to please reuse this if possible, as it is better for our environment!

Color/Size Disclaimer: Please be aware that the color in photos may look different on different computer monitors! The photos I use are as close as I can get to portray the actual color of the items. Even with my absolute best efforts colors may still look different on different monitor settings. Not only monitor settings, but the lighting may make colors look different, I use very bright lighting to ensure good quality photos, a darker room may make yarns look darker.

Photos are close ups of most items, so you can see the detail. Please read the measurements to figure out actual size of items.
